Executive Compensation Plans
We will review your current EC plans for competitiveness, cost and flexibility. We will evaluate the effectiveness of the plans to insure internal equity and external competitiveness. This includes a review of your non-qualified plans, top hat plans deferred compensation, SERP and all other forms of executive incentives.
Salary Administration Plans
We will develop a complete salary administration plan based on your current pay practices including job descriptions, salary grades and ranges. We will evaluate your pay practices with local banks to insure you are competitive in the market. In conjunction with this we will develop a performance appraisal program that reflects your pay philosophy and culture. Finally we will develop a salary increase matrix for managers to use in deciding how much of a salary increase should be awarded based on the level of individual performance and the employee's position within the salary range.
Executive Search
Because banking is our only business, we specialize in all levels of salaried positions for a wide variety of banks.
We have strategically aligned our experience, contacts, and expertise to ensure that we are offering clients the most qualified resources across all industry segments to conduct executive-level assessments and/or searches for banks of all sizes.
Our placement fee is twenty per cent of the first year’s annual salary, exclusive of bonuses and commissions, payable when employment begins.
