These services are backed by 30 years of experience in developing and managing human resources programs that meet all aspects of employment regulatory compliance.  Our services include the following areas:

 A.   Affirmative Action Plans & EEO-1 Reports

 We will develop a compliant affirmative action plan for your bank that will pass the OFCCP audit. We will

 represent you in case of  an OFCCP audit to insure the OFCCP understands  the nature of your plan and how it is managed. We

 will compile and file your EEO-1 report each year on or before September 30.

 

B.   EEOC/Wage and Hours Claim Resolution

 We have over 66 years of combined experience in winning EEOC and Wage and Hour Claims. We will investigate and respond to

 all EEOC charges and Wage Hour complaints you may receive. We have handled hundreds of  EEOC charges and  Wage and Hour

  investigations successfully.

 

C.   Employee Policies and Procedures Manual and Employee Handbook

 We provide a manual that is compliant with the latest employment regulations including the HIPAA Privacy Act. We insert your

 current policies and procedures (after they are reviewed for correctness) into our manual and then develop an Employee Handbook   that is a modified Manual for employee use. .

 

D.   Job Descriptions on CD

       We maintain over 110 job descriptions (from President to entry level positions) that are compliant with the Americans with

       Disabilities Act, and are tested under the Fair Labor Standards Act and designated as exempt or non-exempt. These are on

       CD for easy downloading and use.

 

F.    Salary Administration Plan

       We will develop a complete salary administration plan based on your current pay practices including job descriptions, salary

       grades and ranges. We will evaluate your pay practices with local banks or credit unions to insure you are competitive in the

       market. We also develop in conjunction with this a performance appraisal program that reflects your pay philosophy and culture.

 

       Finally we will develop  a salary increase matrix for managers to use in deciding how much of a salary increase should be awarded

       based on the level in the individual performance and position within the salary range. 

 

G.   Talent Search

       We provide confidential searches for all levels of and credit union professionals including President, CFO, Cashiers, Lenders,   

        BDO’s, as well as all other positions.

 

H.   Executive Compensation Plan

       We will review your current EC plans for competitiveness, cost and flexibility. We will evaluate the effectiveness of the plans

       to insure internal equity and external competitiveness. This includes a review of your non-qualified plans, top hat plans deferred

       compensation, SERP and all other forms of executive incentives.  

 

J.    Training.

       We provide training in the areas of sexual harassment, interviewing skills, employment regulations, as well as all other

       employment regulations.
