Other HR Management Programs

We provide complete support in developing HR programs that aid in recruitment, team building and reducing turnover, as well as maintaining compliance with both state and federal employment regulations. These include:

Salary Administration Program development. Establishing well defined salary grades and ranges that are competitive in the market aids in the recruitment and retention of qualified applicants for your positions. In addition, developing a comprehensive performance review program that rewards achievement of the bank's goals is critical in retaining your best performers.

Unemployment Claim Administration. Any claim for unemployment that you lose will result in adversely affecting you payroll tax. We will file your initial response and subsequent filings to ensure your position is clearly stated and minimize the potential of losing the claim and paying unemployment compensation to an ex-employee who should not otherwise be entitled to it.

Executive Compensation. We work with Boards to develop competitive executive compensation programs that reward performance and provide for long term incentives to achieve the bank's goals.

Change of Control Review. We will work the Board to review employment contracts and benefits for key executives who might be affected by an attempted change in control of the bank, or if the bank desires to be acquired at some point.

Executive Search Services. We perform confidential searches key bank management positions, including President/CEO, CFO, and other key positions. Our fees are considerably lower than most other executive search firms which keeps your cost of hire lower.
